Week 39

Although we are having a spring baby doesn’t mean she won’t see snow. We had a bad storm come through town. I came home from work early to hang out with Mike and rest up. We snuggled up on the couch and watched the first twins game of the season. 🙂

I can’t believe we are down to 1 wk from her due date. Craziness! Can’t wait to meet our little princess.

38 weeks

Only 2 weeks to go. Overall I still feel good. Sleeping is more uncomfortable. I normally wake up every 2 hours. My ankles are slightly swollen. I am still working out, just not as much. Naps and baths are my new favorite thing.

I had a dr appt earlier this week. My blood pressure is still good. I am about 50% effaced so I am making progress in the right direction. Now it’s just a waiting game. 🙂

Mike informed me that I shouldn’t have the baby until April 9 because that would work best with his work schedule. Ha! I told him I can’t make any promises.

37 weeks

I still feel great! Sleep is getting harder each night but can’t complain, it’s prepping me to be a mom. My blood pressure is great too. I have gain about 18 pounds so far, pretty much all baby. 🙂

I am on the home stretch now. Can’t wait to meet our little girl!

36 weeks

This was the last week I taught body pump and Zumba. I am still planning on working out until the end of my pregnancy but I don’t have to push myself as hard when I am not instructing.

At my doctor appt, baby’s heart beat was between 138-142. Dr. Quisno said the baby’s head is super low. The chances of her being breached is now slim to none so that’s good! 🙂

Can’t believe she will be here in less than a month. Can’t wait to hold her and look into her little eyes.

Baby shower

I had am amazing baby shower! Annie planned it and did an amazing job! We played a couple games: guess the name/artist of particular songs with “baby” in it and guess how big Nicole’s belly is by cutting ribbon. Michelle won that game. 🙂

I am so blessed to have so many awesome people in my life!

35 weeks

Only 5 weeks to go. I have been feeling good. Sleeping has been more uncomfortable. I am wrapping instructing class within the next week. It’s going to be so weird not instructing. I know I need to start easing back on workouts. I can always feel the baby kinda dropping and more pressure after workouts. Other than that, just trying to get all my work projects done after maternity leave. Ahhh stressful!
