Momma sprained her ankle

Today I was walking to my car at lunch. It was super icy and I fell backwards and hurt my ankle. I rolled it pretty bad. I could barely walk on it. I knew when I got home that I needed to see a Dr. It was very painful. The Doctor said it was a grade 1 sprain and that I need to stay off of it as much as possible for the next 7-10 days. So no working out for this Momma. 

Baby started kicking (or should I say zumbaing like crazy) in my belly last night. I think she was trying to remind me of how grateful I should be that things weren’t worse. On the bright side, Mike got to fell her kick for the first time last night. It was pretty cool. 🙂
